Discovering the Magic of Color at Crayola Experience; WIN a Family 4-pack of tickets!

I was asked to visit Crayola Experience with my family. Although I received complimentary admission, all opinions are my own. Sponsored post.

The Crayola Experience at the Florida Mall

When Crayola Experience asked to partner with me to write a blog post, I quickly said yes because we love it so much and hadn’t been in quite a few months. Besides the awesome activities, it’s an indoor family-friendly experience. In Florida. In Summer. With air conditioning.

Our youngest wasn’t walking yet last time we visited, so it was a whole new experience for him this time around! We met up with our daughter’s new friend and her family, and off we went.

The interactive wall keeps kids entertained while an adult grabs the tickets. The crayon imitates your movements!

Each guest receives a clear bag to collect their artwork in, and 2 tokens to use on various stations.

After getting our tickets, we headed upstairs to where there are 26 hands-on attractions. We love naming and wrapping our own Crayola crayon. This is a station that accepts the tokens. (Additional tokens can be purchased).

Naming our Crayon: You pick which color you want, and then design your label.

The finished products!

Our daughter really wanted to see the live show to learn how crayons are made. They show how they melt the wax, how it’s molded, labeled and packaged. It’s a fun show, and the animated characters keep the kids entertained.

One of the coolest new attractions is Rockin’ Paper. Kids can color a fairy or a dinosaur, then watch it come to life and dance to the music on a stage through the use of magnets. It was so fun to watch! Check it out below.

Rocking out to rockin’ paper!

One of our favorites is to do the melted wax spin.We didn’t have time this visit, but it’s always fun, especially when you choose orange and blue!

Someone chose orange and blue for their spin art. 🙂 #GoGators #Crayola

There are so many attractions to do and see. We spent 3 hours and didn’t do everything. I really like the Toddler Town area play gym so the littles can burn off some energy, and the huge light-up peg wall will keep a toddler entertained for awhile. The facility is clean and there are family bathrooms.

In addition to the shows and attractions, Cafe Crayola offers pizza and other kid-friendly options, and the Snack Shack has quick snacks such as pretzels and popcorn. The Crayola Store has a huge selection of products for babies, toddlers, kids and color enthusiasts of all ages.

Jaclyn – Enjoyed your informative blog tour of Crayola Experience, with your description of activities and the photos of the kids in action. The info was helpful, as I’m sometimes asked about kid-friendly activities for Florida vacations. You’re right about the importance in the summer of having fun indoor air conditioned options. – Julie
